So I needed to pop out for just a minute, so I chose to go into Spectate. Well, usually when you are in spectate you don't spawn but that definitely did NOT happen.  I spawned in gray and was able to be killed.  It still showed me in spectate but it's like I was a third team.  It wasn't just a one-time thing - as I spawned multiple times this way -- both in CT and T side. 

As I write this, I recall witnessing the same thing the other day too, but I honestly thought it was the player's issue. 

Today, it happened to me first-hand.

Known bug :) its because you died then went to spectate and the person who killed you died and then you respawned still. Need to add a small check before respawning i suppose :)

What do you mean by adding a small check before respawning?  As in make sure I'm not running into spectate if there is a possibility I could respawn? 

At least it's already a known bug. I just had never experienced it [until now]. :)

Some people are using the glitch as an advantage. I've been seeing people jump into spec and continue playing.  They spawn as an enemy right next to you and try to take all the kills (because they also have the character/wardrobe that matches -- only thing that differs is their name and it stating "Enemy").  At least I know about the bug - otherwise I would have been livid, LoL!
