There was a mistake in setting timezone for this community server, therefore the Mission System didn't work properly. But it's fixed, you can continue doing quests to earn reward. And also, the basement notification number bug is also fixed.
We officially use UTC-7 (Los Angeles) as the standard timezone for our community.
