Is there a chance you've changed your team switch button? Try what ever your team switch button is. Others can correct me if I'm wrong but I believe it's not just assigned to "M".

bind "p" "pvp_quicklogin username password" change username to your account name, and change password to your password then go in-game and press P
Also if you have your GUI Menu style to old style it wont open the menu when you press M
Normally if you press M it should open a login menu and inventory menu..

Puedes abrir tu menú de inventario? Deberías poder presionar M mientras estás en el juego para obtener un menú personalizado. Es posible que debas ir a las opciones del juego y cambiar tu "Menú de estilo de GUI".
